Join us as we warm up the body and find meditation in motion with the breath through asana practice. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for students with some yoga experience who are looking for a change of pace from a traditional vinyasa practice.

Interested In A Private Session
Students new to yoga or haven’t practiced in a while can feel overwhelmed in a typical class setting, particularly during the first few classes. It may seem difficult to keep up, learn the poses, proper alignment and breath might require a little work before it becomes easier to move into different poses.
Receiving personal attention with a yoga teacher privately on the basics is a great way for a beginner or returning student to develop confidence and the tools for a consistent practice.
Need More Information?
Prepare yourself for group/public classes – Some people prefer to do private classes on a permanent basis. However, others simply use them to prepare themselves to join a group setting later down the line.
Create a personalized schedule – Have a busy schedule? We’ll meet on a day and time that is convenient for you, in a supportive environment to develop a compassionate practice at the perfect pace that is right for you.
You learn how to modify poses in a way that is unique to your body – We can take as much time as we need to address your concerns and to break down, or adapt any pose taking into account any injury or discomfort you may have.
You learn how to properly use props – In a private session, we’ll have the time to explore how to use this equipment to enhance your practice. Each session will focus on what will best support you that day.
Chair Yoga – Do you have difficulty participating in traditional yoga classes? Private chair sessions are also available.
