Reiki
The Universal Life Force
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle healing practice that balances our energy system. “Rei-” means universal and refers to the spiritual dimension, and “-Ki” means the life force energy that flows through all living things. When we practice Reiki, we connect to that higher consciousness. In Reiki, healing is understood as a return to balance, with the mind, body, and emotions aligned.
Reiki Sessions
Reiki treatments work with the energy in the body, helping to remove blockages and send energy where it is needed. Reiki supports and complements other types of medical treatments. Many people often feel a sense of calm and peacefulness after each session.
If you’re curious about this Japanese healing art, book a session below and experience Reiki.
Healing Circle
A Reiki Healing Circle can assist you when the flow of energy is disrupted, weakened or blocked. The group setting can amplify the experience as we join together with shared intention. We’ll come together as a community to send positive energy—both for our individual intentions and for the global collective. Each participant will also receive hands-on healing from Claudine using light touch.
